About the role:
Curri is seeking a driven, innovative individual to join our implementation team as a founding member. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of deploying the Curri Platform—an enterprise software and API suite that powers logistics operations for distributors. You will guide customers through every phase, from pre-launch through implementation to transitioning accounts to our Account Management team. This role requires interfacing with leaders and individual contributors across our clients’ organizations, ensuring their success in leveraging Curri’s solutions.

As the first Implementation Manager at Curri, you’ll be a trailblazer, building processes, managing multiple projects, and delivering expert knowledge of our platform. Your focus will be to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and guarantee customer satisfaction, all while working with minimal oversight.

This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills. You’ll handle projects of varying complexity while maintaining high organizational standards. Travel will be required.

What you will do:

  • Lead the entire implementation process for Curri Platform products, from planning and onboarding to configuration, training, and delivery.
  • Close deals by supporting technical discovery and demos of the platform.
  • Partner closely with customers to understand their objectives, systems, and workflows, designing optimized, future-state workflows using Curri’s software.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in our product and the logistics industry, ensuring customers fully maximize our platform’s potential.
  • Conduct on-site user training sessions, ensuring seamless adoption of the software and tools.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient implementations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to support both internal teams and clients.
  • Juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure client satisfaction by measuring key success metrics like “time to value” and customer feedback.
  • Drive customer success and own business outcomes through expert deployment of Curri's product suite.

What you need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or customer success roles. Bonus if you have experience in the construction, delivery, or transportation industries.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and implementing enterprise software solutions in logistics-related sectors.
  • Ability to think strategically about process improvements while being hands-on in solving day-to-day challenges.
  • Strong project management skills, from gathering functional requirements to defining timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills—you’ll interact with executives at Fortune 500 companies and day-to-day operations managers alike.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinking/first-principles approach to solving complicated problems

Bonus Points if you have:

  • PMP or CAPM certification.
  • Direct experience in construction, delivery, or transportation sectors.

What is in it for you?

  • A chance to make an immediate, meaningful impact at a fast-growing start-up.
  • Significant responsibility from Day 1, with opportunities to shape our go-to-market strategy and directly contribute to company success.
  • Work in a remote environment with a flexible schedule. We don’t micromanage and want to help you do great work.
  • There is no work/life—there is only life, and we want your time at Curri to be life-giving and foster the best version of you. We care about family and your personal development and don't expect you to always be engaged with work.
  • Competitive salary, along with health, dental, vision, 401K, and equity compensation.

Who are we?
We are Curri and our mission is to be the way the world delivers construction and industrial supplies. Curri provides on-demand, last-mile logistics for construction and adjacent industries with our nationwide fleet of cars, trucks, and flatbeds. Curri was founded in 2019 and was a part of the YC S19 Batch. Employees work out of our office in Ventura, CA, but the majority of our fast-growing start-up operates remotely, with over 100 employees spread across the United States. We're solving a massive, global problem of inefficiency in the construction industry. We imagine a world of efficient construction sites resulting in a net win for the entire world.
