About the Role

The Implementation (Implementation Manager) is the quarterback of our client onboarding experience; bridging sales, product, and engineering to ensure that every client realizes value quickly and effectively. You'll work closely with client executives, sales operators, and revenue leaders to deliver a tailored and technically sound implementation of the Sellfire platform.

This role blends technical acumen, project leadership, and sales operations and is ideal for someone energized by complexity, ambiguity, and collaboration. This is a remote position, though some travel to US based clients may be required. Open to candidates residing in Eastern - Pacific timezones.


You’ll Be Responsible For…
  • Leading platform onboarding projects from kickoff through full adoption.

  • Configuring Sellfire data schema and external platform integrations and data mappings.

  • Owning client-facing project plans, timelines, and milestones.

  • Developing and delivering client training, documentation, and enablement assets.

  • Proactively identifying client risks, blockers, or gaps—and solving for them.

  • Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.

Within One Month, you’ll…

  • Complete deep product onboarding and explore how our features map to real client outcomes.

  • Shadow client calls and internal planning meetings to understand our implementation approach.

  • Review current documentation, training tools, and templates with a critical eye for improvement.

  • Begin contributing to internal process refinement.

Within 3 months, you’ll…

  • Lead client-facing implementation project plans and calls with confidence and ownership.

  • Diagnose client CRM environments (Hubspot, Salesforce) and design tailored data workflows.

  • Translate client current workflows, ideal state and business goals into phased, executable platform rollouts.

  • Navigate both the technical and strategic aspects of client onboarding with increasing autonomy.

Within 6 months, you’ll…

  • Independently manage multiple Sellfire implementations from end-to-end.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, revenue leaders, and sales reps.

  • Adapt configurations for nuanced CRM logic, data models, and sales workflows.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to surface platform needs and guide feature evolution.

What You Bring
  • Client-Facing Confidence: 2+ years client facing from executives to individuals contributor, with strong communication and relationship management skills.

  • Project Leadership: Proven success simultaneously managing multiple complex projects, ideally involving business critical software.

  • Sales & RevOps Fluency: A deep understanding of sales workflows, the language of Sales Ops and Go-to-Market strategies.

  • CRM Exposure: Basic understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot. Bonus points if you understand how to build customs workflows, automations, objects and properties.

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and manipulate data and data flows; familiarity with data tools is preferred.

  • Training & Documentation Skills: Experience creating clear training materials and delivering product or process enablement to clients or teams.

  • Ownership Mentality: Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable—ready to build, not just follow, processes.
