  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, anticipating needs and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Platform Configuration:

  • Configure and customize Drata’s SaaS platform to align with customer requirements while applying best practices to ensure scalable, sustainable adoption.

  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

Training & Enablement:

  • Provide guidance and documentation to support customer self-sufficiency post-launch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to coordinate seamless handoffs and ensure clear communication across the customer lifecycle.

  • Escalate risks or feedback proactively to support continuous improvement.

Process Improvement:

  • Contribute ideas to enhance implementation tools, templates, and processes that improve efficiency and scalability across the team.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or project management within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Experience managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously and delivering projects on time and within scope.

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP, and an understanding of how they apply to customer environments.

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate concepts related to APIs, integrations, and data flows at a high level.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to build rapport and drive alignment across teams and customers.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • A customer-first mindset and passion for helping organizations achieve their security and compliance goals.

Leadership & Growth:

  • Contribute to the team’s success by sharing best practices, supporting peers, and helping refine delivery approaches.

  • Demonstrate Drata’s core values of trust, empathy, and accountability in every customer and internal interaction.

  • Pursue continuous learning and growth—developing the skills to lead increasingly complex, high-visibility implementations over time.

Benefits:
