As our first Implementation Lead at Flagship, you will play a crucial role in the development and adoption of our Inventory SaaS application. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who wants to have ownership over building a pioneering product. You must be able to thrive in navigating fast-paced environments with significant ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions. We are seeking an Implementation Lead with 4+ years of commercial experience post-academia and committed to building a SaaS Platform with machine learning and data science capabilities. Prior experience in high-growth, venture-backed tech is a major bonus.
Serve as the primary point of contact with our customers
Lead the onboarding and training process for the software with new users
Work closely with the data science team to review and and provide feedback on ML forecasting outputs leading to iterations of our forecasting approach
Oversee the implementation of retail onboarding settings for each new brand, including reviewing product grading and weeks of supply targets
Work with the product team to develop the next set of features and improvements to the platform
Potentially assist the sales team doing customer discovery
4-10 years of experience
Have previous experience as a Demand Planner and/or Supply Planner and/or Merchandise Planner
Implementation experience with a demand planning software
Advanced Excel skills
Planning experience with retailers / for allocation is a plus
Nice to have:
Familiarity with fabric purchasing (PFD, Greige, etc.)
Familiarity with Supply Chains for apparel companies
