Join SyncSmart.io – a fast-growing SaaS integration platform powering the future of system connectivity.

We’re looking for a customer-facing, tech-savvy Integration Specialist to own the implementation of powerful integrations between SaaS platforms like HubSpot, NetSuite, ConnectWise, PandaDoc, and more. If you love solving technical puzzles, working with smart people, and helping customers get value fast, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

As an Integration Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our product. You’ll take ownership of the integration lifecycle - from kickoff to go-live.

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions: Understand customer requirements and map them to our platform’s capabilities.
  • Configure and deploy pre-built, customizaed integrations using our platform tools and frameworks (no coding required, but logic/tech fluency essential).
  • Guide customers through launch: Run onboarding calls, answer questions, and configure systems to ensure a smooth rollout.
  • Triage technical issues before they escalate to Support - you’ll be the customer’s first line of defense.
  • Maintain customer Slack channels and stay responsive, professional, and helpful.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Support, and Product to continuously improve onboarding and solution quality.
  • Document and systematize processes, checklists, and lessons learned.
  • Assist previously launched customers with updates, troubleshooting, and maintain a positive relationship with the account. Help previously launched customers utilize new feature releases.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You may have held roles like Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, SaaS Onboarding Specialist, Implementation Consultant, or Support Engineer. More importantly, you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in technical onboarding or SaaS implementation
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Are naturally curious and love solving technical puzzles
  • Can read API docs and understand JSON—even if you’re not writing code
  • Are organized and thrive in fast-moving environments with minimal oversight
  • Are proactive, not reactive—you anticipate needs and prevent problems
  • Have experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ConnectWise, NetSuite, Zapier, Workato, integrate.io and other iPaaS platforms or integration tools
