Tonic.ai is hiring an experienced Implementation Engagement Manager – Enterprise to lead the onboarding and implementation of our most strategic enterprise customers. This role is essential to ensuring our customers realize value quickly and efficiently, setting the foundation for long-term success and growth.

Tonic is backed by leading Silicon Valley investors and sits at the intersection of data privacy and generative AI. Our customers include some of the largest and most respected companies and government agencies in the world—organizations that depend on Tonic to safely accelerate software development and AI initiatives with high-quality synthetic data.

You’ll lead complex, high-impact implementations across global organizations, partnering with Solution Architects to manage timelines, align stakeholders, and keep projects on track. Throughout the engagement, you’ll work closely with our Enterprise Customer Success Managers—who own the long-term customer relationship—to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to sustained value and growth. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver a delightful customer experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the full enterprise implementation lifecycle from kickoff through completion, managing scope, timeline, stakeholders, and success metrics.

  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, proactively drive execution, and coordinate across internal and customer teams to deliver against key milestones.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders during implementation—ensuring clear communication and alignment at every stage.

  • Partner with Solution Architects, who manage technical execution, while owning overall engagement and delivery strategy.

  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues—ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

  • Regularly report on progress, blockers, and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Drive process improvement by refining templates, playbooks, and delivery models for scale.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex, customer-facing software implementations in enterprise environments, ideally within high-growth SaaS.

  • Proven ability to lead strategic implementation programs with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

  • World-class communication skills and presence with technical and executive stakeholders alike.

  • Familiarity with enterprise data stacks (databases, cloud platforms, data privacy) and adjacent markets such as DevOps, data security, or DevTools.

  • Highly organized with a bias for action and accountability—you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • Experience in project management tools and methodologies.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to customer sites.

  • San Francisco Bay Area location strongly preferred for hybrid collaboration with the team at HQ.
