What’s the role?
We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator who will support and assist clients with the planning, design, build and implementation of Student Engagement Suite products.
  • Provide support to customers across a portfolio of projects during all phases of our client implementations of the Involve and Message software including project initiation, implementation, training, user acceptance testing and go live planning. 
  • Independently lead implementation projects once sufficient product and implementation process knowledge has been acquired. 
  • Support the set-up and initiation of new client projects.  
  • Be responsible for maintaining an in-depth understanding of Involve and Message features, functionality and implementation processes.  
  • Prepare and deliver customized product training to customer stakeholders, executing and leading train-the-trainer sessions. 
  • Triaging issues and providing first level customer support.
  • Coordinate activities and work with cross-functional teams such as development, account management, and sales.  
  • Your project management tasks will include providing status reports (both internal and client facing), updating the project plan, and timely reporting on key project metrics.
  • Play a role in reviewing, updating and improving our internal documentation, client facing materials and project delivery methods. 
  • Provide hands-on support for project onboarding tasks including data migration and single sign on configuration.
What you offer…
  • University degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science and/or relevant work experience.
  • 1-3 years’ experience working as a Project Coordinator or working within Higher Education
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, reprioritize, and think quickly on their feet.
  • Experience developing and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Must be an independent, self-motivated, and high energy individual who will take charge and exercise their problem-solving skills. 
  • Project Management an asset.
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Great communication skills is what you are known for, you can communicate across different teams using different techniques to understand customer’s needs.
  • Building relationships and working within a collaborative team environment is what motivates you.

  • The base salary range* for this full-time position is between $45,000 - $70,000
