About the Role 

Topia is the leader in providing technology solutions to manage all forms of employee movement and work location flexibility effectively, at scale and with a firm focus on compliance. Our secure, cloud-based platform is used to support businesses before, during and after their people move or travel to wherever they need to be and helps companies ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. 

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll manage software deployments, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. You'll validate solutions, resolve issues, and guide clients through go-live, while coordinating with internal teams for seamless transitions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Documentation of project progress as per project management best practices (meeting minutes, project plan updates, weekly status reports)
  • Technical solution validation via customer workshops
  • Development and management of implementation project plans
  • Successful technical solution delivery to the customers
  • Management of solution gaps and customer expectations
  • Gather and assess customer requirements versus technology and capabilities
  • Resolve technical issues related to implementation 
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, training and customer go live
  • Manage transition of customer to Customer Success and Technical Support teams post go live
  • Manage several software deployment projects in parallel
  • Coordinate and/or manage internal and external resources, both technical and non- technical
  • Understand customers’ needs and work with the Topia team to advise customers on how to best leverage Topia technology and services to achieve their goals
  • Set clear customer expectations and manage scope of projects
  • Complete projects on time and on budget while delighting customers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Topia’s project management practices and documentation
  • Support the Implementation team with additional tasks and projects as needed

This role may require up to 20% travel to client sites to support implementation activities such as planning, deployment, training, and post-launch support. Travel will vary based on project needs and client location.

About You

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer onboarding, onboarding, consulting, support, sales engineering, or technical problem-solving
  • You are experienced or have knowledge related to Talent Mobility or Global Compensation Management 
  • Experience leading software implementations
  • Experience in client services in a B2B/SaaS environment
  • Strong communication and customer relations skills. Demonstrated client empathy; ability to de-escalate tense situations
  • Ability to understand and communicate high level technical concepts related to software configuration and platform integration
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Acute attention to detail, pride/ownership of work product
  • Advanced in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree is Business or a related field preferred or equivalent experience

Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
