  • Monitor implant logs and documentation to improve compliance, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy

  • Investigate data inconsistencies and identify root causes to improve workflows and prevent recurring issues

  • Provide guidance and support to center teams on implant costs, purchasing processes, and vendor-related questions

  • Develop and maintain reporting, tracking tools, and process documentation related to implant management

  • Support ongoing initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, data quality, and operational performance across the enterprise

  • Assist with implementation and optimization of materials management and procurement systems

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in implant coordination, surgical supply chain, materials management, or a related healthcare operations role

  • Experience within an ambulatory surgery center, hospital, or healthcare provider environment

  • Knowledge of implantable medical devices and related procurement, inventory, and billing workflows

  • Experience maintaining item masters, product catalogs, or similar supply chain data repositories

  • Proficiency with Excel and healthcare supply chain or procurement systems

  • Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and implement practical solutions

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across clinical, operational, and administrative teams

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining responsiveness and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field

  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations

  • Experience with orthopedic, spine, cardiovascular, or other high-volume implant categories
