Immigration Paralegal - NIV Experience

The Immigration Paralegal provides quality and specialized document preparation and has extensive client contact and works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented Immigration Department. This is a cohesive team which is well-managed and well-organized with secretarial and clerical support.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Experience in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications.
• Knowledge of preparing RFE responses and/or PERM audit responses.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or other document management system.
• Outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Successful candidates will possess strong business writing skills and will value attention to detail.

The hourly rate range for this position is $33.64 - $42.04. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
