Role: QA Automation Lead – Tosca (MQE Regression Testing)

Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Start Date: Immediate

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead – Tosca to lead MQE Regression and Automation Testing efforts for a telecom domain engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Tosca automation, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage end-to-end testing activities while working onsite with client teams.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead and manage MQE Regression and Automation Testing initiatives

·         Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tosca

·         Perform module scanning, test execution, and result analysis in Tosca

·         Estimate test efforts and prepare test plans and schedules

·         Create and maintain testing timelines in MS Project aligned with release cycles

·         Guide, mentor, and coordinate QA team members

·         Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and processes

·         Manage and track defects through the complete Software Bug Life Cycle

·         Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and client teams

·         Participate in Telecom client interviews and technical discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance

·         Proven experience as a QA Automation Lead / Automation Lead

·         Strong hands-on expertise in Tosca Automation

·         Telecom domain experience (mandatory)

·         Solid experience in Regression Testing and Automation Frameworks

·         Experience in test effort estimation and test scheduling

·         Strong knowledge of defect management tools and processes

·         Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

·         Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
