About Thrive Therapies GroupThrive Therapies Group provides school-based therapy services (SLP, OT, PT, School Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, and ABA) to K-12 school districts across multiple states. We are launching an aggressive 90-day hiring sprint to place 220 providers for the 2026-2027 school year and need experienced healthcare recruiters to join our team.
The RoleYou will be an independent contract recruiter (1099) working exclusively for Thrive for 90 days. You will own a specific set of roles and geographies, sourcing and placing 25-35 providers during the engagement. This is a high-intensity, high-reward opportunity for experienced recruiters who thrive in sprint environments.

- Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, present, interview coordination, offer, close
- Ability to execute on Daily Recruiting Targets:
- Source at least 10 qualified therapy providers a day through Indeed Resume Search, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct 4-8 phone screens per day
- Close on 4-5 quality therapy providers a week
Achieve 25-35 signed hires within 90 days
Maintain candidate pipeline in Thrive Talent Platform and internal trackers
Participate in daily standups
Optimize Indeed postings (A/B testing, bid management, refresh cadence)
3+ years healthcare or therapy recruitment experience (school-based strongly preferred)
Proven track record of high-volume placements (20+ hires in a quarter)
- A self-starter and ability to navigate within in fast-paced, and at times, ambiguous environments
Experience sourcing SLPs, OTs, PTs, or School Psychologists
Indeed power user (Resume Search, Sponsored posting optimization, Hiring Events)
Strong phone presence and consultative selling skills
Ability to work full-time (40+ hours/week) exclusively for Thrive during engagement
Own equipment (computer, phone, internet) - fully remote position
Available to start full time June 15, 2026
