Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Imaging Team Lead to join our Imaging Center Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a production team and ensuring high-quality, efficient digital conversion of client records. You will act as the first-line resource for the team, maintaining compliance and driving daily production targets.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:

  • Lead and guide a team of Imaging Specialists, acting as a resource for questions and assisting with on-the-job training for new hires to maintain high performance and quality standards.
  • Manage and execute daily production workflow, overseeing the sorting, prepping, and scanning of hard copy records to ensure a quality digital image and meet established production rates.
  • Ensure compliance with all Imaging Center guidelines, internal production procedures, and document tracking/security requirements.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume production, document management, or administrative environment, preferably in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of digital imaging processes, production tracking software, and PC-related products.
  • Proven ability in team leadership, attention to detail, and managing production output while maintaining quality work and working independently with minimal supervision.

What We Offer (Benefits)

  • Salary details: Starting at $20/hr - paid biweekly.
  • 1st Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm (OT may be required).
  • Location: Street, City, State  (no remote work).
