Job Summary

This role supports both New Business and Inforce policy administration for individual disability and ported life insurance products. The position is responsible for evaluating documentation and system inputs to ensure complete, accurate, and legally sound insurance contracts (30%). You’ll collaborate closely with IDI Underwriters and internal teams to manage risk and deliver policy change quotes (25%). You’ll also respond to inquiries and process change requests from policyholders, agents, and vendors (25%). Additional responsibilities include preparing correspondence, performing calculations, and monitoring request status to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction (20%).

Skills and Background You’ll Need

  • EDUCATION: High school diploma required
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of insurance and customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, time management, and critical thinking
  • Ability to perform basic math and interpret policy information with discretion

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with individual disability insurance (IDI) products
  • Experience collaborating with underwriting or sales teams

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

22.96 - 30.77
