The Identity Engineer will lead the implementation and configuration of SailPoint ISC solutions, ensuring security compliance and managing access workflows.

The primary duties of a SailPoint ISC Engineer will include implementation, configuration & leading the end-to-end implementation and deployment of SailPoint ISC solutions. This involves configuring custom rules, workflows, and policies to align with our specific security and compliance needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Identity Security Cloud (ISC) engineering/development support
- Remediate lifecycle workflow issues based on discovery for Active Directory and ServiceNow
- Automate SailPoint ISC access request and approval processes including Workday and ServiceNow
- Attend scheduled meetings to answer questions and support resources
- Develop documentation to support feature enhancement implementation
- Assist client staff on the open issues and work towards resolutions
- Automate SailPoint ISC access request and approval processes
- Other duties as assigned
Experience & Requirements
- 5+ years of SailPoint ISC experience
- 5+ years of operational experience working with complex, large-scale technical environments
- 7+ years of professional experience in Information Security or related work experience
- Troubleshooting skills are also a must
