Position OverviewInnovatus Technology Consulting is seeking a skilled and cleared Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting robust identity solutions and integration pipelines to support critical modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in directory services, federated identity providers, and automated deployment practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity Federation & Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize Identity Provider (IdP) solutions to ensure secure single sign-on (SSO) and access management capabilities.
Directory Services Administration: Manage and support Active Directory (AD) and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) environments, ensuring proper schema management, synchronization, and access controls.
Pipeline Automation: Develop, integrate, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate infrastructure and application deployment.
Data Virtualization (Preferred): Utilize identity data virtualization tools to integrate complex, disparate identity repositories.
Security Clearance: Must possess an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Directory Services: Deep technical knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and LDAP architectures and integration.
Identity Providers: Proven experience with modern Identity Providers, with a strong preference for Ping Identity (PingFederate/PingAccess).
DevOps / Automation: Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Communication: Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.
Experience with Radiant Logic (RadiantOne FID) or other identity virtualization and correlation tools is highly desirable.
