Recruit candidates for client organizations by creating job descriptions, reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, assessing skills and cultural fit, documenting scorecards, and shortlisting candidates. The role requires low-voltage industry experience, team leadership, strong communication, sound judgment, high emotional intelligence, remote-work capability, and a consistent work history.

- Experience within Low-Voltage (Ops, Sr. PM, Lead Tech, Sr. Eng, Service Mgr, etc.)
- Leadership & Management of Teams - Ideally including Hiring & Firing
- Proven yourself in a remote work capacity
- A Steady Work History (3yrs Between Hops) - We value loyalty and consistency
- A Pleasant Disposition and Hiqh EQ (Not just IQ!)
