  • Integrate identity services with enterprise applications (e.g., ServiceNow, cloud platforms, collaboration tools).
  • Implement and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) systems.
  • Support audits and continuous monitoring efforts by maintaining documentation and evidence of access controls.
  • Work closely with Security, Network, and Application teams to develop and implement secure access policies.
  • Develop and maintain automated scripts or workflows for identity operations and access reviews.
  • Participate in incident response activities related to identity breaches or unauthorized access.

What does Leidos need from me?

  • 3 to 5 plus years of experience in Identity and Access Management within a government or enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and SCIM protocols.
  • Experience with government-specific IDAM technologies such as PIV/CAC, HSPD-12, and ICAM frameworks.
  • Familiarity with federal compliance standards (e.g., NIST 800-53, FISMA, FedRAMP, RMF).
  • Hands-on experience with MFA/SSO tools (e.g., Okta, Duo, ADFS, ForgeRock, Ping, SailPoint, or CyberArk).
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate identity-related tasks.

Favorable if you have:

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud identity integrations in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
