As a Roadshow Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Equity Roadshow Deal desk, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics for both live and virtual meetings. Your professional demeanor and ability to interact with clients will be key to delivering exceptional service.

Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate equity marketing roadshows, primarily focusing on US equity deals.
- Manage logistics for live meetings across different cities, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and booking accommodations.
- Set up virtual meetings using platforms like Zoom and conference calls.
- Send daily schedule updates to clients and internal teams.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ prior experience with roadshow marketing and/or corporate access.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office, with familiarity in event systems.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Strong client service and professionalism.
- Ability to exhibit tact and good judgment in confidential situations.
- Proven experience interacting with clients.
- Responsive and reliable, with a sense of urgency when dealing with high-profile clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong ability to leverage technology and utilize best practices.
- Ability to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to complete roadshows.
- College degree required.
