Group Details

The AVP of Data Management within our Program Operations team is an ideal role for a detail-oriented, technically skilled professional who thrives on collaboration across internal teams, clients, and the sales organization to ensure seamless data integration. Strong project management expertise is essential for driving initiatives from inception to successful completion. Responsibilities include managing data flows to third-party systems, organizing source documents to produce accurate financial reports, analyzing data, creating business rules, and developing mapping logic for smooth integration and reporting. This role also involves troubleshooting complex reporting issues, analyzing business and mapping rules, and clearly communicating findings to team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can work independently, take ownership of processes and documentation, and excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while building strong relationships with clients and the sales team.

This position will mainly be remote with the expectation to be in the office approximately once a month. Our beautiful office in downtown Golden, CO is walking distance from many great restaurants and other amenities.


Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as project manager for data integration initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery 
  • Lead client meetings, manage communications, and follow up on requests 
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to set up and maintain client integration infrastructure 
  • Build strong relationships and coordinate work across multiple teams 
  • Create mapping rules, perform testing, and troubleshoot issues 
  • Configure client and partner integrations to ensure seamless data flow 
  • Analyze complex data attribute relationships and mapping logic 
  • Diagnose and resolve data flow issues efficiently 
  • Using Atlassian tools document workflows in Confluence and track task progress in Jira
  • Financial knowledge to understand business of data flow


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or Finance; or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, or technology in a finance company 
  • 2+ years project management experience working with clients
  • Experience reviewing large data sets and designing reliable processes

Preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in positions requiring complex data extraction, analysis and reporting functions 
  • Investment and operational data management experience within the financial services sector

  • The current pay range for this role is currently $80,000 to $95,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule.  The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, and internal guidelines.
  • This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb’s discretionary bonus program. 
  • This role is expected to remain open until 2/28/2026.
