  • Support New State Launches: Help power launches into new states and provinces by ensuring content is ready, configured, prioritized, and launch-day prepared.
  • Manage the Release Roadmap: Track monthly and quarterly release calendars, keeping teams aligned on milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver smooth launches and high-impact content strategies.
  • Keep Us Compliant: Work closely with regulatory stakeholders to ensure all content is certified, approved, and market-ready.
  • Turn Insights Into Action: Use reporting and performance data to identify content opportunities, market gaps, and ways to strengthen our casino portfolio.
  • Keep Operations Running Smoothly: Maintain accurate records of launches, supplier updates, processes, and reporting dashboards.
  • Optimize the Portfolio: Assist in identifying content gaps by market, region, or player segment, and support strategies that improve the value, relevance, and performance of the overall casino portfolio.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent attention to detail with a player-first mindset
  • Understanding of casino content including slots, live dealer, and table games
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and drives things forward
  • Highly organized with strong coordination skills
  • Commercial mindset with curiosity around what players want next

Experience Required:

  • 1+ years of experience in iGaming, casino operations, product operations, or similar field
  • Experience working with large data sets and turning data into insights
