The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of CISO team, this role will help support to secure, reliable infrastructure that underpins the global capital markets. In this entry‑level IT Security Analyst role, you will assist with day‑to‑day administration of EntraID and Active Directory, support identity and access management operations, and contribute to automation, documentation, and incident response. This role offers hands‑on technical experience, professional development, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Support day‑to‑day administration of EnrtaID focused on daily management of native accounts, groups, roles and applications
- Support day-to-day administration of Active Directory across multiple domains and environments.
- Assist with Identity & Access Management workflows and directory-related operations.
- Perform routine tasks, basic troubleshooting, and service request handling.
- Help develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting (with guidance).
- Participate in incident resolution, change activities, and problem management processes.
- Track, document, and execute assigned tasks and small project components.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Participate in on‑call coverage as skills mature.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Technical Support.
- Foundational understanding of EntraID & Active Directory. (administration, identity, security concepts).
- Hands‑on exposure to PowerShell and willingness to grow into advanced scripting.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server environments.
- Troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and follow structured processes.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
