Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner - III
Location: Remote – Preference for candidates located in Denver, Colorado, to support occasional in-person business needs and recruiting events.
Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship Required

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner - III to join our team and support Mission Systems hiring needs. In this role, you will have a rewarding opportunity to contribute to an Enterprise-wide digital transformation by sourcing and prescreening top-quality talent. Your work will directly impact the quality of hires through the use of agile recruiting methodologies and strategic sourcing approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and build targeted, data-driven sourcing strategies.

  • Develop and manage proactive talent pipelines focused on diversity and long-term organizational goals.

  • Engage and convert passive candidates into active prospects through strategic relationship-building.

  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to guide talent acquisition strategies and employer branding.

  • Source candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, HireEZ, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, Google X-ray, Boolean search, and niche job boards.

  • Leverage online communities and social media networks to enhance the visibility of open roles and attract high-quality talent.

  • Maintain and track sourcing activities in applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems.

  • Represent the company at recruiting events, particularly in the Denver area, as needed.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sourcing experience, or 9+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Proven experience sourcing diverse, technical talent across disciplines such as engineering and manufacturing.

  • Demonstrated success using social media and professional platforms for recruitment outreach and branding.

  • Strong business acumen with a history of building credibility and effective partnerships with hiring teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience sourcing cleared candidates (Secret, Top Secret, SCI, Full Scope Poly) in the DoD/Aerospace industry.

  • Background in applying agile recruitment practices.

  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly while supporting multiple teams and evolving business needs.
