  • Oversee leaves of absence (LOA) alongside our third-party vendor, making sure employees get the support they need with clear, caring communication.
  • Maintain and refresh job descriptions to align with organizational standards and evolving roles.
  • Support learning and development efforts, from HR systems training to onboarding sessions that make new hires feel right at home.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and projects that improve data accuracy and make our processes even better.
  • Jump in as backup support for our HR Specialist in Mexico whenever teamwork calls.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1–3 years of HR experience (bonus points if you’ve mastered HRIS or benefits systems).
  • Proficiency with Paylocity, TBX, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • A strong technical mindset and love for clean, accurate data.
  • Stellar communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.

As an HR Specialist at DYOPATH, you’ll join a team that values collaboration, courageous communication, and doing the right thing — always. We’re all about creating an environment where people are supported, systems are strong, and great ideas thrive.
