To join us for a summer Human Resources internship! The HR Intern will support high‑impact initiatives focused on building an HR Shared Services model, leveraging AI to improve team productivity, and analyzing employee engagement data to drive meaningful action plans. This role offers hands‑on experience at the intersection of HR operations, technology, and people analytics, providing exposure to how modern HR teams scale service delivery, improve employee experience, and use data to inform decisions.
This internship is ideal for students interested in Human Resources, Operations, Analytics, or Technology who want to gain practical experience working on transformation‑focused People initiatives.
This hybrid role requires a weekly in-person meeting in the Denver Metro Area. Candidate must be in, or able to easily travel to the Denver Metro Area for the summer to be considered. Minimal additional travel may be required, as a benefit of the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and documentation of HR Shared Services processes, including intake models, workflows, service catalogs, and standard operating procedures
- Assist with evaluating and implementing AI‑enabled tools and workflows that improve HR productivity, efficiency, and service delivery
- Conduct research and analysis on HR processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, or improved employee experience
- Analyze employee engagement and survey data to identify trends, gaps, and focus areas for improvement
- Help develop data‑backed action plans, summaries, and recommendations to address engagement insights
- Prepare presentation materials, dashboards, and written summaries for HR and People leadership
- Provide project coordination support, including meeting notes, action tracking, and cross‑functional follow‑ups

- Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2026, prefer degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August)
- Be based in the Denver Metro area
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation Range:
$20 - $23 / hour
Any offered rate is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
