POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator will serve as a key partner at RedPeak, providing HR and administrative support. This role will manage relationships with benefit vendors, ensure a seamless pre-board and offboard experience, support onboarding, assist with recruiting, serve as a liaison between learning & development and HR, and ensure overall smooth HR/People Services operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, computer, analytical, and organizational skills to effectively support employees and leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support all Human Resources projects, policy development, programs and procedures.
- Oversee employee pre-boarding and offboarding, ensuring accurate record keeping and a seamless new hire experience while maintaining compliance with employment regulations and safety procedures.
- Help build and maintain lasting relationships with candidates, workforce organizations and benefit partners.
- Maintenance of our applicant tracking system through regular data cleaning, configuring user permissions, posting jobs, updating and auditing to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct first round candidate screenings and phone interviews for open positions as needed.
- Help develop, update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize events, team-building activities, and performance management initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Help facilitate new hire orientation and track new hire training through their 30-, 60-and 90-day periods.
- Assist L&D through oversight of compliance learning and tracking.
- Support and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a commitment to the company’s mission and values.
- Assist in the development, documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Help with the collection of raw data from our HRIS and ATS platforms, interpret, clean, identify patterns and provide insights into employee-related data to drive evidence-based decision making.
- Maintain up to date job descriptions for all positions, coordinate annual audit.
- Coordinates annual policy acknowledgement.
- Travel to sites in Denver Metro for training development or equipment coordination as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience.
- Able to be in the office 4 days of the week with 1 work-from-home day.
- Valid driver license.
- Experience with benefit administration and open enrollment coordination.
- Recruiting and onboarding experience.
- HRIS & ATS knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and tasks efficiently.
- Promote and demonstrate a positive, can-do, team-oriented attitude.
POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, 1 day a week remote
- Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 plus bonus potential
- Location: 375 S. Broadway, Suite 200, Denver CO 80209
