In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies, providing guidance and counsel on matters related to workforce planning, organizational structure, talent management, change management, succession planning, employee engagement, etc.

  • Recommend, implement, and support strategies, solutions, and programs to enhance the effectiveness of managers and the productivity, engagement, development and retention of associates

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the cross functional HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies

  • Counsel managers and associates in problem solving, dispute resolution, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and code of conduct policies; providing counsel and advice to management and associates

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or human resource management or an equivalent combination of education & experience required

  • Minimum of five years experience within Human Resources required

  • Adaptability to performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.

  • Possesses strategic focus, is decisive, displays good judgment, and has a strong operational focus.

  • Articulates clearly, listens for understanding, and effectively influences individuals with varying backgrounds.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • SPHP/ PHR or SHRM-SCP/-CP preferred

The salary range for this role is $110,000-$120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
