The HubSpot Administrator will manage HubSpot workflows, create reports, maintain data hygiene, troubleshoot issues, and document processes.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced HubSpot administrator to support our RevOps function on a part-time, ongoing basis. This is a flexible contractor role ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on HubSpot work and wants to supplement their income with steady, manageable hours.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows (marketing and sales automations)
- Create and refine reports and dashboards to support sales and marketing teams
- Build and manage audience lists and segmentation for campaigns
- Maintain data hygiene and assist with CRM cleanup as needed
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize existing automations
- Document processes and configurations
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot admin experience
- Proficiency across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub (CS workspace)
- Strong understanding of workflow logic, list segmentation, and custom reporting
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward clean, well-documented work
- Responsive communicator who can work asynchronously
- Independent contractors only — no agencies, please
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or healthcare tech environments
Logistics
- Approximately 5 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
- Fully remote, international ok (within 5 hours of EST timezone)
- Ongoing engagement with potential to grow
