Our People Team is seeking an HRIS Manager to support and evolve the systems that power our People operations. You'll be the go-to expert for our HRIS (currently UKG) and play a key role in driving system improvements, data integrity and cross-functional integrations as we scale.
Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Support the development and execution of HRIS strategic plans that align with Dragos’ global business needs.
- Collaborate with People leadership and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency through HRIS technologies.
- Help set milestones and goals for HRIS projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Assist with budgeting efforts related to HRIS technology and resources, monitoring expenditures and providing updates to leadership.
- Promote adoption and effective use of HRIS technologies across the organization to maximize impact.
Execution:
- Oversee day-to-day HRIS system administration and core People processes across multiple regions, ensuring consistent and reliable operations.
- Maintain and update policies, procedures and documentation to support HRIS infrastructure and compliance requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement system enhancements, and conduct testing for new features or upgrades.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for the People team and business leaders.
- Manage user access, security roles and data integrity to ensure compliance and accuracy across systems.
- Provide training, troubleshooting and ongoing support to HRIS users and the broader People team.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in HRIS or People systems administration, with hands-on expertise in UKG, Workday, Lattice, Greenhouse or a similar enterprise HR system.
- Experience supporting system integrations, including with tools and platforms beyond the People function.
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and generate impactful reporting for People and business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of People/HR processes—particularly those connected to HRIS systems like onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented, data-driven mindset.
- Experience gathering requirements, conducting user testing, and implementing system updates or modules.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Compensation:
- Salary: $140,000
