The HRIS Associate manages Workday configurations, ensures HR data integrity, supports system maintenance, and generates performance reports. Requires strong communication and organizational skills.
The HRIS Associate will provide support for our Workday HR system environment. This position will be responsible for overall system configuration, performance, and maintenance, including maintaining HR data, ensuring information security, testing updates, troubleshooting, and improving process efficiency.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2+ years of Workday Configuration experience is required in the following Workday modules: Payroll, Benefits, and Absence.
- Proficient working knowledge of computerized applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other specialized business applications software.
- Must possess the following: good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and other business areas and government agencies as required, presentation skills to effectively communicate, update, persuade and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management, and planning and organizational skills to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments, read and interpret complex reports and documents, and assimilate and interpret various sources of data while providing recommendations to executive management and making decisions in order to solve highly complex problems from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and administer Workday and other systems supporting the HR function. Perform mass data cleanup and auditing to ensure data integrity, data entry, adds, changes, and overall system maintenance.
- Generate reports for various business needs.
- Participate in cross-functional projects.
- Recommend policies on reporting standards and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
