We are now looking for two Talent Acquisition Sourcers to join #TeamGreen based in the US. The role can be based out of our Denver HQ or sit remotely.


Talent Acquisition Sourcers work with our wider Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to build an organized and robust candidate pipeline across aligned departments within Matillion. 


Our Talent Sourcers use various channels to look for potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and build talent pipelines for future hires all whilst providing a world-class candidate experience and playing a pivotal role in the evolution of how we attract direct talent.


 What you will be doing;


Sourcing

  • Grow your network by interacting and building relationships with potential candidates via all social media channels and professional networks including LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub, etc. where appropriate
  • Craft and send recruiting messages to candidates 
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hires by helping candidates understand opportunities that exist within Matillion
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Measure conversion rates including passive candidates that turn to active candidates
  • Manage applicant database through our ATS system 
  • Conduct initial phone screen for candidates and advocate on their behalf to Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers

Collaborating

  • Partner with the wider Talent Acquisition team including Recruiters and TA Business Partners to manage an effective recruiting process 
  • Work with recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet overall recruiting goals and build diverse talent pipelines based on departmental workforce planning
  • Partner and get involved with wider tech community initiatives to grow your own network
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to schedule candidates across the organization

Promoting

  • Promote Matillion’s employer brand both online and offline via social media channels and events 
  • A world-class candidate experience for all candidates that interact with Matillion 
  • Referrals from internal teams and your external networks 
  • You’ll proactively identify opportunities to improve our approach and drive meaningful changes
  • Supporting all Matillioners to contribute to Talent Acquisition

Technical / Role Specific

  • Ability to work and collaborate with different teams and understand how different organizations work 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple things at one time - you will be managing a high volume of candidates at Matillion
  • Must work independently with minimal guidance in both highly strategic and tactical capacities
  • Experience achieving goals in a low structure, fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing tech company 
  • Desire to work in Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledgeable and interested in social media

Preferred Skills

  • 1+ years experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within an agency, corporate, or startup environment
  • Experience Sourcing using the following tools: Lever, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Google, ZoomInfo, and Indeed
  • Experience Sourcing GTM Skillsets (Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Engineering)
  • Proven track record of sourcing/hiring passive candidates from top technical companies

The salary for this position is $60,000 per year
