Key Responsibilities:
Governance & Decision-Making
- Act as the primary Client HR advisor and point of contact for HR4HR and HR Segment Leaders during go-live execution and stabilization.
- Facilitate rapid, well-informed decisions and secure stakeholder buy-in through clear communication and effective influence.
- Monitors the transition to the new Client HR model, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, understood, and operating effectively.
- Coordinate the operating rhythm for the Client HR transition, including risk identification and resolution, escalation of decisions, and communication to stakeholders.
- Establish and sustain Lean daily management to surface issues early and drive timely problem solving.
- Partner with HR workstreams to prioritize and implement solutions and ongoing initiatives (e.g., production hiring).
- Provide targeted support and coordination for Europe.
Hypercare & Stabilization
- Lead hypercare activities post-rollout to ensure successful adoption and swift issue resolution.
- Facilitate rapid decision-making to address post-implementation challenges and risks.
- Implement Lean problem-solving methods to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to teams throughout the transition period.
- Ensure changes are communicated effectively and integrated seamlessly into broader communications.
- Coordinate forums, office hours, and other communication channels to address team concerns, gather feedback, and provide updates.
- Identify, codify, and scale best practices to continuously improve new ways of working, HR processes, and systems.
Country HR Leadership Model Implementation
- Support the implementation of the Country HR Leadership model.
- Establish standard work, including role clarity, operating cadences, decision rights, escalation paths, and ways of working.
- Create and facilitate mechanisms to share best practices.
- Build and support a community of Country HR leaders through targeted training, onboarding, and ongoing development.
CoE and People Operations Integration & Process Improvement
- Serve as the focal point connecting Client HR with HR Centers of Expertise (e.g., Talent, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Learning) and People Operations/Shared Services to execute key process improvement initiatives.
- Lead structured intake, triage, and prioritization of process pain points and enhancement requests; maintain a transparent backlog and delivery roadmap.
- Represent Client HR in project execution operating rhythms.
- Proactively surface cross-functional risks, drive issue resolution, and remove blockers to maintain progress.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 15+ years' experience of working in HR functions

• Prior experience as a HRBP or HR People Partner.
• Strong problem-solving and critical skills aimed at achieving win-win
• Competency in influencing and leading within complex, matrix, goal-driven organizations; working across all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing complex, multi-level workstreams/transformation/organizational changes.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $122,400.00 and $203,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
