Position Overview:
As an HR Training Specialist Intern at PROJXON, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of training programs that enhance employee performance and engagement. You will work closely with the HR team to support various training initiatives and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Assist in the design and delivery of training programs and workshops.
Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and assessments.
Collaborate with team members to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Help maintain and update training materials and resources.
Participate in the evaluation and analysis of training effectiveness.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR training processes.
0-5 years of experience in HR, training, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Interest in HR practices and employee development.
Proficiency in using training tools and software.
