As an HR Trainee, you will support daily HR tasks, assist in recruiting processes, and help manage internal communications and employee records.
This is a remote position.
We’re looking for students of Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration to join our team in Argentina.
- Support daily HR and administrative tasks
- Help coordinate internal communications
- Assist in organizing employee records and documents
- Collaborate on onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support the recruiting process: post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates
Requirements
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of empathy, discretion, and active listening
- Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute ideas and improvements
- Positive, can-do attitude and desire to be an active part of the team
- Advanced English
- Currently studying Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
