We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment and a passion for sourcing and hiring top talent. This role is key to ensuring a smooth hiring process and supporting the company’s overall talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offer negotiations.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use multiple channels such as job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking events, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates.
- Interviewing: Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess qualifications and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure clear communication, provide timely feedback, and deliver a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s values, culture, and benefits to attract top talent.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the coordination of new hire paperwork and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation data, and best practices to offer competitive proposals to candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and interviewing.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment regulations.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience recruiting for specialized roles, particularly in US Staffing IT , Non-IT ,HealthCare Recruiters,BDM's & Research Analyst Roles
- Familiarity with remote recruitment tools and techniques is an advantage.
