You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and ongoing HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open roles across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview plans, and selection criteria.
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pipelines.
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to offer.
- Maintain and optimize the ATS for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely documentation and system setup.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Support payroll coordination by working closely with finance (attendance, leave, compensation changes).
- Manage employee benefits enrollment, updates, and communication.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Help implement employee engagement activities, surveys, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit documentation requirements.
- Support performance review cycles, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
- Maintain HR data dashboards and generate periodic reports for leadership.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and recommend improvements.
RequirementsMust-Have
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals: onboarding, documentation, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with HR tools or ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, Lever, etc.).
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in a high-growth tech or healthcare-focused environment.
- Knowledge of U.S. HR processes is a plus (but not required).
- Ability to work independently and implement scalable HR processes.
