Pay Range

$46.55 - $69.85

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manager People Operations Programs lead teammates that support program projects, processes, and technical systems that enable and improve OT’s team performance outcomes.  
  • Support OT through budget, quality metrics (i.e., QA), and change, building an agile internal team.  
  • Results are achieved through effective allocation and delegation to cultivate the teams' ability to grow, develop, and produce best-in-class projects and systems, with a customer obsession mindset. 
  • Acts as a unifying partner with stakeholders (i.e., HR COE teams, OT team and leaders) to foster alignment and champion continuous excellence, while improving the experience of our internal and People & Culture teams.  
  • Foster transformation by leading people through change with empathy and clarity, turning uncertainty into action 
  • Consistently inspires innovative out-of-the box process thinking. 
  • Drives engagement and retention of teammates 
  • Support growth program at all levels to support effective succession planning. 

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • None

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in HR, Business, or related field.  

Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in human resources, IT, business, or relevant, including  2-3 years leading people 
  • P&C functional area knowledge 
  • End-to-end working knowledge of employee lifecycle 
  • Knowledge of Workday and digital ecosystems capabilities 
  • Coaching & development practices  
  • Change Management navigation

  • Leader of Solutions:  
    • Fundamental skills to drive program projects, process, and technology systems to improve and excel OT performance.  
    • Navigates problems with critical thinking and provide solutions to customers and team. 
  • Results-driven Outcomes:  
    • leverage data metrics to track progress of budget and performance health to make informed decisions and coach teams on improvement opportunities.  
    • Delivering impact through complex customer-minded problem-solving within OT projects and systems to help create a better experience in People & Culture service delivery. 
  • Collaborative Partner:  
    • Foster trust and credibility with stakeholders and communicate, interact, and influence effectively based on the customer audience. 
    • Foster trust with stakeholders to align team priorities and solutions that enable and elevate OT performance 
  • Agile Planning:  
    • Fundamental skills and abilities to organize and manage work/tasks effectively and efficiently. 
    • Positively motivate and inspire teammates toward accomplishing goals that are aligned with OT’s strategy and drive engagement to retain top talent. 
    • align team and work to achieve department goals that are aligned to People & Culture Pillars
