The HR Generalist handles a wide range of human resources tasks including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving HR challenges, and supporting team members from a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on policies
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Support performance management and employee development programs
Qualifications
- Previous HR experience preferred
