Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated People Generalist to join our dynamic People team. Based at our Austin office, you will work on People projects, data and reporting, help build the People community and provide support to our Americas People Leader. You will be a key member of the People team and will report to the Americas People Leader.

The ideal candidate will be resilient, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities semi-independently, with a strong ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing demands.

 

  • Project Support:
    Collaborate with the people team on a variety of projects such as process improvements, employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, and organizational development. Take ownership of specific project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are executed effectively. Apply a problem-solving mindset to resolve any challenges that arise during the course of HR projects. Maintain a flexible approach to adjusting project plans based on evolving business needs or unexpected obstacles.

  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Generate and analyze HR reports, including but not limited to turnover rates, headcount, recruitment progress, and employee engagement. Prepare regular updates for leadership and identify trends or areas for improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with different departments to support project implementation, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational goals. Liaise with key stakeholders locally and globally, to gather information and facilitate communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on project management, HR operations, and/or reporting and analysis.

  • Tech-Savvy: Passion for learning new systems and new tech. Are you experimenting with LLMs and genAI? Experience with Visier, Looker, or Workday are a bonus. 

  • Project Management Skills: Experience supporting or leading HR-related projects with high attention to detail and great organizational skills 

  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present findings in a clear, actionable way.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage changing priorities, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Base of $75-$85k USD/annually
