Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization.

Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.

What is this opportunity?

The HR Generalist will be a key player in supporting our growing team and ensuring that our people processes run smoothly. Reporting to the People Director, US, this role will be responsible for a mix of administrative and strategic HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. You’ll be the go-to person for employees and managers, helping to build a positive, inclusive, and efficient workplace.

You’re a people-first HR professional who thrives on supporting employees and ensuring that HR processes are both effective and seamless. You love balancing administrative tasks with strategic initiatives, and you’re always looking for ways to improve efficiency. You're detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion. You believe that great HR isn’t just about policies—it’s about fostering a culture where employees feel supported and empowered to do their best work.

You’re also adaptable and resourceful, comfortable working in a growing company where things move fast and processes evolve. Whether it's ensuring compliance, helping a new hire get settled, or answering a benefits question, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact.

How will you contribute?

  • Support the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Manage HR administration – maintain accurate employee records, process payroll changes, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Act as a key employee resource – respond to HR-related questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Drive employee engagement – support culture-building initiatives, events, and programs that enhance the employee experience.
  • Coordinate benefits and payroll – assist employees with benefits enrollment and ensure smooth payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance – keep policies up to date and ensure HR practices align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate training and development – support performance reviews, learning opportunities, and career growth initiatives.

What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist, in a fast paced, high-growth, startup environment.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Some nice-to-haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Passionate about mental health and giving back to your community.

At Eleos Health, we believe that people are at the heart of what we do. If you're passionate about HR and want to be part of a mission-driven company that values its employees, we’d love to hear from you! This is a unique opportunity to join a startup that is having a meaningful impact on the well-being and mental health of thousands. We have

  • A product that positively impacts peoples' lives every single day.
