Position Summary:
HALO Diagnostics is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist / Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across our clinical teams—particularly within imaging, genetic, and colon cancer screening services—while also supporting key HR functions such as employee relations, new hire onboarding, policy interpretation, and workers' compensation. This dual-role position requires a highly motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to support both talent acquisition and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting:

Own and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts from requisition to offer acceptance for clinical and corporate roles.

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms to attract top talent in radiology, oncology, genetics, and other specialties.

Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs, advise on best practices, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and maintain consistent communication with candidates to provide a positive experience.

Track and report recruiting metrics to monitor progress and support continuous improvement.
HR Generalist:

Serve as a resource to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and employee relations issues, promoting a fair and consistent approach.

Lead new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and positive first impression for new team members.

Support and manage workers’ compensation claims and leave administration in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Collaborate with leadership and HR colleagues to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Assist with the development, implementation, and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support HALO Dx's growth and mission-driven culture.
Qualifications:

5–7 years of related HR and recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare recruiting.

Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law; prior experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, and leave management required.

Previous experience in radiology, oncology, genetics, or other clinical environments strongly preferred.

Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal—with a customer service orientation.

Self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in using HRIS and ATS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
