We’re looking for a proactive and people-first People Experience & Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is at the heart of our employee experience—owning everything from benefits administration, talent acquisition and onboarding to DEI initiatives and team celebrations. You’ll be a trusted partner to employees across the Americas, ensuring our people feel supported, celebrated, and set up for success.

Responsibilities:
Benefits & Insurance Administration
- Coordinate annual benefits renewals and open enrollment for US and Canada
- Liaise with brokers and vendors to coordinate plan updates
- Maintain accurate benefits data in PayEntry and reconcile monthly invoices
- Support employees through benefits lifecycle events (onboarding, life changes, offboarding)
Employee Lifecycle & Experience
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, I-9s, welcome kits, and HR systems setup
- Conduct HR welcome sessions
- Coordinate employment verifications and COBRA notifications
- Track and celebrate employee milestones (births, weddings, kudos, etc.)
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end hiring for IC roles across TS, R&D, Sales, and Marketing including screening resumes, conducting interviews, running reference checks, and drafting offers
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and inclusive hiring process
DEI & Culture
- Plan and execute DEIB initiatives and awareness campaigns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive inclusive programming
- Maintain and update our Diversity strategy and reporting materials
Employee Engagement & Events
- Organize virtual and in-person events across the Americas (e.g., summer outings, holiday parties, wellness webinars)
- Coordinate community service initiatives and seasonal celebrations
- Ensure all events reflect our values and foster connection across teams
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in People Ops, HR, or a similar role
- Prior working knowledge of US and Canadian benefits administration
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A passion for people, culture, and creating inclusive workplaces
Advantages:

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $80,000 - $90,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still encouraged to apply.
