The Director of People Systems and Insights will lead HRIS initiatives, manage the administration of systems such as Workday and Greenhouse, oversee data integrity and compliance, develop People Tech strategies, and leverage AI for data insights to enhance decision-making.
The HR Director will be working closely with the Global CRO and CMO to implement the overall people strategy.
What you will do:
- Strategic Leadership: This role involves managing organizational design, compensation design and planning, performance management, compliance, employee relations and organizational development for the global sales and marketing function.
- Business Partnership: Working with the leadership team to provide HR guidance and align human capital with organizational goals.
- Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Map current and future talent to organizational goals & partner with Talent Acquisition to pipeline candidates against forecast anticipated attrition.
- Performance Management & Employee Development: Implement and manage performance evaluation systems, employee development plans, and career progression programs. Create and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring alignment with company values. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in alignment with the organization’s budget and goals.
- Lead a small team of Senior HR Business Partners
What you will need:
- At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- 3-5 years of experience with partnering with sales organization
- Experience with operating within global HR organization and M&A
- Proven experience in talent management, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage change effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to balance strategic and operational priorities
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
