Job Description
The HR Coordinator will mainly focus on recruiting coordination including sourcing candidates, coordinating candidate interviews, posting positions on career sites and new hire onboarding materials. The HR Coordinator will also provide support to other areas within Core HR including providing exceptional high-volume HR customer service support to our workforce while applying superior client-focus, communication, and organizational skills. Strong detail orientation, analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of the organization.Location: Remote
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Posts positions and advertises on job boards and other media sites with professionalism, consistency, and accuracy
- Proactively sources applicants from various applicant sites
- Reviews applicants and makes recommendations to recruiters
- Schedules interview sessions with recruiters and hiring managers
- Updates candidates on status of position and application including dispositions
- Executes onboarding plans for all new hires including sending first day instructions and conducting new hire orientation
- Serve as first point-of-contact through telephone or email regarding questions related to HR data, Workday navigation, and HR/Payroll policies and procedures
- Answer questions referring to an online knowledge base for information and guidance. Assist employees with navigation through systems with step-by-step guidance to complete tasks
- Use a case management tool for recording and administering requests and may assist other service center employees with opening, recording, processing, or closing cases
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Working knowledge of posting to career websites and social media
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Zoom video conferencing
- Highly organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report data in an accurate, timely and meaningful manner.
- Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills include the ability to adapt and evolve as situations arise.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year in Human Resources, Recruitment or Administrative Support preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 pounds.
- Required to have close visual acuity to perform the job
Hourly Rate: $18.76 - $34.70
Hourly rate may be determined on several factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographical location and requirements stated in job description.
