As an HR Business Partner at Level Access, you will support our people and culture strategy by partnering with leaders and employees to ensure a positive employee experience and the effective delivery of core HR programs. This role is ideal for someone who has 2–4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and is looking to deepen their impact in a fast-paced, thriving organization. You’ll support day-to-day HR needs while building your capability in areas like employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
You’ll be a trusted advisor and resource to people managers and employees, helping to implement programs and practices that align with our business goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and manager support on HR policies, practices, and programs.
- Support managers in addressing basic employee relations issues, escalating complex matters as appropriate.
- Assist in the performance management cycle (goal setting, feedback, mid-year and annual reviews), including communication, tracking, and coaching.
- Assist and collaborate on employee engagement survey and post-survey actions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with HR team members to support talent planning, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Provide day-to-day support in interpreting and applying HR policies to ensure consistency and compliance with US employment law.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support smooth hiring and onboarding processes.
- Support learning and development initiatives by identifying common needs and helping implement programs that develop employee capabilities.
- Use data and feedback to contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably with experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist capacity.
- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and HR standard processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mentality.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
