Description

Join Noma Security and help shape the future of AI security.

Noma is building the first comprehensive AI Security and Governance Platform, helping organizations adopt AI and LLMs with confidence and control. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle - from development to production and autonomous agents. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a fast-evolving market. At Noma, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with exceptional people on technology that truly matters.

We’re looking for an exceptional, hands-on HR Business Partner for the US team to help build the organization behind Noma’s ambition to become the category-defining leader in AI Security.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders, managers, and employees to build high-performing teams, develop strong people managers, and support the business through rapid growth. You’ll translate business priorities into practical people plans, bringing sound judgment, a proactive approach, and the ability to turn complex challenges into clear actions.

The ideal candidate combines business understanding with a deep understanding of people, builds trust across all levels, and is comfortable both advising leaders and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen. You’ll join a collaborative global People team, helping shape programs and practices that scale while keeping our culture and employee experience at the heart of how we grow.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Be a trusted business partner: Develop a deep understanding of your teams’ goals, challenges, and organizational needs. Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into people decisions that strengthen team effectiveness and support growth.
  • Coach and enable managers: Help managers become stronger leaders through ongoing coaching, practical tools, and training. Support them in setting expectations, giving meaningful feedback, navigating difficult conversations, and building accountable, engaged teams.
  • Drive performance and accountability: Partner with managers throughout the performance cycle, from goal setting and regular feedback to reviews and development conversations. Help address underperformance early and guide thoughtful, consistent performance decisions.
  • Develop and retain exceptional talent: Partner with leaders to identify high performers, future leaders, and retention risks. Support career development, internal mobility, promotions, and succession planning, creating clear opportunities for people to grow with Noma.
  • Own employee relations: Be a trusted, accessible partner for employees and managers. Navigate sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment, working with legal counsel and relevant partners when needed.
  • Support organizational growth and change: Help leaders navigate team growth, evolving responsibilities, reporting changes, and organizational design. Bring clarity to roles and responsibilities and support effective communication through change.
  • Strengthen culture and engagement: Turn employee feedback into meaningful action. Partner with managers and the broader People team to build connection, reinforce Noma’s values, and maintain a strong employee experience as we scale across locations.
  • Build practical, scalable People programs: Help design and implement programs across onboarding, manager development, performance, compensation, and employee engagement. Take ownership from identifying a need through execution and follow-up.
  • Use data and AI to improve how we work: Use people data to identify trends, anticipate risks, and recommend actions. Apply AI tools and automation thoughtfully to improve People workflows, reporting, and team effectiveness while protecting confidential information.
