About the Role:
As part of the EMEA HR Team, you will be working with our Sr HR Director, EMEA for the development, implementation, administration of the following human resource functions within the UK and other EMEA countries for employment, compensation, benefits, employment relations, equal employment opportunity, organisational development, learning and development, engagement and advising management on personnel policy and program matters.
Based out of the UK, you can work a hybrid model of working from home and being in our Reading office 2/3 days per week. You need to be a highly proactive self-starter, extremely organised and thrive in an environment that is mission-driven, results oriented and team spirited! You must have the ability to work independently on various projects from conception to completion and must be able to work under pressure, to manage and work through a variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

What You’ll Do:
HR Planning and Management
Work with Sr HR Director, EMEA to operationalise the Regional HR plan within the EMEA business - drive initiatives, while tactically addressing the shorter term requirements of the EMEA business
Identify, develop and implement HR solutions in line with the HR plan, as well as report progress and achievement of milestones
Deliver Core HR Programs
Integration of core HR programs with support from global COE’s such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, DE&I, HRIS etc.
Customise HR solutions using established HR practices to meet business needs.
Partner with legal to ensure CrowdStrike meets its legal obligations when it comes to compliance.
Business Unit Partnership
Work across all BU’s in the UK and other countries to support and coach managers on people practices
Work as a business partner understanding the business drivers and ensuring HR plays a key role with the business.
Report on people performance metrics.
Use metrics to measure core programmes and to inform the development of new programs.
Trusted Advisor
Provide HR advice to the business in areas such as employee engagement, learning and development, comp & ben, succession planning, talent reviews etc.
Effectively collaborate with COE’s to design and build customised HR programs to address business needs.
Establish credibility as a trusted advisor to India people managers and leadership team.
Handle employee grievances and be the trusted confidant for employees.
Leadership
As a member of the Global HRBP team, HR Business Partners are expected to champion the business through HR and leverage the specialist functions within the HR team to support business initiatives.
Keep up to date with the latest HR best practice and share learning and inputs with the wider HR team.
Champion CrowdStrike’s core values in the business and within the HR team.
Provide coaching and development to other members of the HR team to enhance the overall capability of the HR function.
What You’ll Need:
Extensive experience in an HR generalist role, combined with experience working at HRBP/ HR Manager level in a comparable industry/organisation.
Knowledge of employment laws across the UK and surrounding countries.
Experience working within a global business and the ability to work at all levels in an organisation.
Demonstrable experience in all aspects of HR including employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee engagement etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and be an effective problem solver.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure.
Self-driven with ability to work independently and identify opportunities to innovate.
An innovative, self-starter needing low level management time and attention to perform day to day responsibilities.
Assertive, self-motivated and confident with excellent commercial acumen.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong result and goal orientation
Must have good judgment, be able to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Bonus Points:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields is desirable
Experience working with France, Italy and/or Germany
Experience with Workday is highly desirable
Experience working with sales focused organisations is desirable
