C&C Container Service is a trusted local provider of roll-off containers and waste management solutions for residential, commercial and construction customers. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organized HR Assistant to support our human resources team remotely.
Job Summary
The HR Assistant plays a key role in supporting HR operations and employee relations. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and general HR administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support HR team with policy administration and compliance
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support as needed

Qualifications
- Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
