Job Description:
Essential Functions:
You will serve as a technology consultant and deliver professional services to customers at various stages of product adoption.
You will be part of a small, collaborative team of technology and business consultants that have consistently delivered successful customer outcomes and positive financial results.
You will use the HPE Zerto Software knowledge you have or that you gain to guide customers to install, configure, manage, upgrade, and troubleshoot the product.
You will create or modify existing content for internal and customer usage that helps provide a consistent and informative service delivery experience.
You will stay updated on HPE Zerto Software features and functions as new versions are released.
You will use a solution-oriented approach that focuses on resolving issues collaboratively rather than assigning blame.
You will determine when to exercise independent judgment and when to consult with others to help customers achieve their objectives.
You will take ownership of delivering and documenting results and can do so predictably and repeatedly.
You will consistently communicate with customers, and internal stakeholders on the progress of service delivery.
You will own and deliver services to multiple customers simultaneously.
You will work with customers globally, occasionally requiring time-zone flexibility to meet with customers during their business hours.
You will occasionally travel domestically and internationally to customer sites.
You will occasionally act as a project lead and direct other consultants as part of service delivery.
About You:
You have mastered one of the platforms that HPE Zerto Software runs on: VMware vSphere, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Hyper-V.
You have experience with either Azure or AWS Compute and Storage products such as Virtual Machines, EC2, Blob Storage, and S3.
You understand core compute, storage, and networking principles.
You have experience using the command line to troubleshoot network connectivity on a Linux OS.
You have a strong history of either providing support or consulting services for an enterprise software product.
You have installed, configured, and managed a disaster recovery or backup product, or guided customers on this.
You understand core disaster recovery principles.
You have strong communication skills and a willingness to listen and learn from others.
You live in the US, preferably in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.
Required experience:
5+ years of experience with one of the platforms that HPE Zerto Software runs on: VMware vSphere, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Hyper-V
2+ years of experience with a disaster recovery or backup product.
Preferred experience:
2+ years of experience with either Azure or AWS Compute and Storage products such as Virtual Machines, EC2, Blob Storage, and S3.
2+ years of experience providing consultative services for HPE Zerto Software, such as a Technical Account Manager or Solutions Architect.
