In this role, you will own the production execution of events across the business-spanning internal activations, hybrid events, Dynasty Lounges, and trade shows-while serving as a key operator in bringing experiential environments to life. You'll manage multiple vendors, build and track production budgets, and ensure high-caliber delivery across projects. This role is instrumental in reducing third-party dependency and aligning agency scope to strategic Daily Fantasy initiatives.

What you will do as Hospitality Production Manager
- Own end-to-end event production for activations including: VIP Experiences, Sponsorship Activations, Trade shows, Loyalty Lounge buildouts, and Internal hybrid/immersive brand events
- Manage vendor sourcing, contracting, and execution; maintain a vetted network of production and fabrication partners
- Lead production timelines, on-site execution, and logistics
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Corporate Communications, Talent Brand, Sportsbook, etc.) to deliver on business objectives
- Manage and optimize production budgets and cost tracking
- Act as internal production lead to support the broader Events team and reduce reliance on external agencies for small- to mid-tier programs
- Work closely with the Creative team to ensure brand consistency and executional excellence across all experiential touchpoints
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in live event production, experiential marketing, and fabrication management.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-vendor projects across markets and verticals
- An established network of reliable, high-quality vendors, including fabricators, AV providers, scenic builders, and production partners.
- Deep knowledge of spatial design, fabrication techniques, and experiential storytelling to bring brand moments to life.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and tight timelines
- Exceptional project management, communication, and budget oversight skills
- Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as needed during event execution
